We are so back! NON FREQUENZE FESTIVAL returns for its new edition.
This year we explore interference as a political and artistic condition. In contexts that attempt to silence or normalise difference to preserve coherence, we choose to stay within instability rather than resolve it. We build a space where radios, artists and communities meet, clash and work together.
This edition begins to lay the groundwork for a longer process: a permanent exchange between independent European radios that want to shape what community radio can be today. Music is the medium through which bodies, sounds and contexts collide and continuously reshape what is possible.
